Corn on the Schlob-
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Preheat outdoor grill for high and lightly coat with oil
Peel back corn husks. Coat each ear with 1 tbsp. butter and add salt/pepper
Close corn husks. Wrap each ear with aluminum foil
Add corn to grill occasionally flipping. Do this for about 30 minutes
Apple Pie-
Apple Pie Recipe
Preheat oven to 400℉
Combine 2 cups flour and salt in mixing bowl
Add vegetable shortening and mix until mixture is uniform
In a separate bowl, add egg, water, vinegar and blend together
Add the liquid mixture on top of flour mixture and mix until well-mixed
Divide dough into two balls and flatten each into a four inch circle
Then wrap the dough and let chill for 15 mins
Add flour to rolling pin and roll 1 dough ball even and to a similar size of pan. Add to pan
Peel, core and slice the apples
Mix apples with cinnamon, sugar, and flour
Add this mixture into pie pan and place second pie crust on top of it. Add holes to crust to aerate
Bake for 30-40 minutes
Ingredients-
Grilled Corn on the Cob-
6 ears of corn
6 tbsp. softened butter
As much salt and pepper as u want
Apple Pie-
2 cups flour
¾ tsp. salt
1 cup vegetable shortening
1 egg
2 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. white vinegar
5 Northern Spy apples
¾ cup sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
